  1. Hello ....

    From Wiki:

Funai in Japan is on the development, manufacture, marketing and distribution of information and communication devices such as Internet access, peripherals, audio-visual devices, televisions, VCRs, DVD players and dedicated devices. Funai has established a structure consists of the global production bases in Japan, Germany, Malaysia, Taiwan and Mexico.

Funai also manufactures most DVD players for Denon, digital cameras from Kodak, and Dell and Lexmark printers.

Now ... to answer your question ... Products company-specific var Mayand ... I have bad products from Sony and wonderful. I have bad products from IBM and the wonderful, etc. etc. etc.

As these products be at the lower end of the market you will not find many reviews on major sites like CNET or so (perhaps because a company like Funai will not CNET money for advertising?). Can you find the revision odd to find "the review SV2000" as technudge. Remember that Wal-Mart to give, it would be a 90 no questions asked return policy for this product.
